When you send a request (the Mission Brief), a quick message, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

• your name and the contact channel you choose (WhatsApp number and/or email);
• your destination country and the product, quantity and specifications you describe;
• any remarks, documents, drawings or supplier links you send us;
• the content of the messages we exchange with you (WhatsApp, email, calls).

We do not ask for payment-card details on this website; payments are handled on your Proforma Invoice or through an approved payment link. We do not knowingly collect special-category (sensitive) personal data.

We use your information only to: reply to your request and prepare quotes and your Proforma; source, verify, inspect and ship your order; communicate with you about your mission; prevent fraud and keep payments safe; and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before one; our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, running and improving our services, and preventing fraud); a legal obligation (accounting and compliance); and, for any marketing, your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We share only what is necessary to deliver your mission: with factories and suppliers (to source, verify or inspect), with carriers, forwarders and customs brokers (for logistics and clearance), with professional advisers, and with our IT and communication providers — currently Vercel Inc. (website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics) and Resend (delivery of your request by transactional email). We may also disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We never sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

NovaLink is based in China; your data is processed there and wherever our providers operate. Where we transfer the personal data of individuals in the EU/EEA or the UK, we put in place appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (or the UK equivalent) — or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism. We keep enquiry and brief data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete or anonymize it. We keep contractual, transaction and accounting records for as long as required by applicable law — which, under PRC accounting rules, can be up to 10 years — after which they are deleted.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, to receive a copy in a portable format, or to withdraw consent, by emailing contact@foshannovalink.com. We respond within the period required by law. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data. We store a small functional preference to remember your language choice. Our website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless and reports only aggregate, anonymous usage so we can improve the site.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission is completely secure; please follow the payment-verification steps in our Terms before making any payment.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
