Inspection deadline guarantee
If NovaLink misses the report deadline confirmed on your Proforma, the inspection service fee is refunded — excluding supplier-access delays, incomplete information, client changes, force majeure, or delays outside NovaLink's control.
What a man-day means
One qualified inspector, on site for a full working day (about 8 hours) — including the agreed checklist, AQL sampling, photographs and the report. Travel within Guangdong is included; a larger order simply needs more man-days.

Degressive, on product value only
The commission is computed marginally on the EX-Works product value — each rate applies only to the slice inside its bracket, never on freight, never on duties. It is due at Proforma signature.

No sourcing commission
The sourcing commission applies only when NovaLink sources or manages your order. Bring your own supplier and you pay only for the services you book — inspection from $250/man-day, shipping at cost plus a disclosed handling fee. No commission on your product value.
Why a $300 minimum
A sourcing mission is real work before a single unit ships: supplier review and shortlisting, quote comparison, negotiation, cost verification, sample coordination and order follow-up. The $300 minimum covers that work on smaller orders. Above roughly $3,750 of product value, the percentage is higher than the minimum and the minimum no longer applies.

Paid upfront, after your invoice
Supplier Verification, the Import Strategy Session, sample packs and single inspections are invoiced first, then paid by secure payment link or card. One payment, then the work starts.
Larger missions
Bank transfer on your Proforma
Sourcing, quality-control programs, logistics and the Full Package are paid by bank transfer based on your final Proforma Invoice. Only the Proforma is final. What you sign is what you pay.
30%deposit/70%balance
For larger sourcing orders — when quality control is part of the mission, the balance is due after the inspection report.

At Proforma signature — the commission is a line on the Proforma you sign. Larger missions then follow the Proforma schedule: a 30% deposit at signature and a 70% balance; when quality control is part of the mission, the balance is due after the inspection report reaches you.
